My darling little sunshine has been keeping cavys since she was quite young.
Her sweet Floyd was her first teddy. And the sire to her first teddies.

Our Lilac Himalayan litter are one week old today and to celebrate we brought them out and snapped some photos. They are so cute, fuzzy yet silky warm little things. I am excited and shocked to see such eggs (nose markings) on them already! I didn't expect to see any markings at all! Hope to get one of them granded before the dreaded Lilac smut takes over.
Daisy has been a perfect mother this go around and I am now looking forward to breeding her again, before I look into finding her a forever home as a gardeners friend. <3 First baby on the left is the moose of the litter, with the littlest one at the end on the right. One of these babies is a house pet hopeful, sure hope that works out. And for Jazkabor Farms future I hope to have one or two worth showing and maybe replacing their parents. May have two or three for sale in 7-10wks. I was hoping to have this litter and our baby cavies ready for homes by the time Fall Swap was here, but sadly I confused my calendar and NEITHER will be ready! These will be 6 wks by swap time and the cavies have not even arrived yet. So those will be posted for good homes here on the blog as well. |
